In the previous article, we define the meaning of SMART goals as Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Results-focused, and Time-bound, now how to integrate it into a social media strategy. Let's start backwards
Time: Firstly, it is time-bound, so you mark on a calendar when you will gather, analyze, and report on the metrics. Maybe it could be six weeks from when your new line rolls out in a market. In other words, you give yourself a deadline. SMART is an acronym for a compelling approach to develop a project or business in a successful way in terms of a social media strategy. It helps with filling out the framework of a SMART goal including specific, measurable, achievable, result-focused, and time-bound that help you frame a social media strategy in a way that brings fruitful results.
Creativity plays a key role not only in our daily life but also at our workstation. Some job descriptions require an applicant to prove a skill of creativity as the business puts it as its priority to gain profitability. Albert Einstein said: "I have no special talent. I am only passionately curious". Curiosity is core in a process of creative thinking and creative thinking is combined with critical thinking that gives us a window of an opportunity to become a problem solver. Now, we put on the table creative thinking and critical thinking. The first is part of the brain questioning and analyzing based on what the brain knows. Straightforward questions begin with what, why, and how. The latter is about the brain connecting a bit of information in an interesting or new way. |
